You accepted on the first start of this app that your anonymized (SHA1) primary e-mail address of this device is used to store your personal marks and results on our server. This allows us to distinguish your marks and results from someone else. We are planning to implement a comparison view where you can have a look at your past marks in comparison to judges and other spectators. We take the safety of your data very serious and will not intentionally pass them to third parties without your explicit consensus. While we are trying our best at protecting your data, a guarantee of the data’s safety can unfortunately not be given. If you want your data to be deleted, please free to contact us at the following e-mail address: (email@example.com). We will try to react as quick as possible.
We intend to implement an account system in the future that gives you the possibility of choosing another e-mail address
(1) Your personal data, insofar as these are necessary for this contractual relationship (inventory data) in terms of its establishment, organization of content and modifications, are used exclusively for fulfilling the contract. For goods to be delivered, for instance, your name and address must be relayed to the supplier of the goods.
(2) Without your explicit consent or a legal basis, your personal data are not passed on to third parties outside the scope of fulfilling this contract. After completion of the contract, your data are blocked against further use. After expiry of deadlines as per tax-related and commercial regulations, these data are deleted unless you have expressly consented to their further use.
Publication of spectator results:
Spectator results are anonymized and normally averaged published on http://live.blackhorse88.com. No individual spectator results will be published.
